Exchange & Refunds Policy
Please note that you may only return a Product and/or request for a refund if you:
- Receive a product that is fundamentally different in nature from the Product specified on the website
- Receive a faulty or damaged Product
Unfortunately, we are unable to perform any product exchanges due to hygiene reasons. However, should you receive a product that is fundamentally different in nature from the product specified on the website or a faulty/damaged product, please contact us here or email to Sgp.email@example.com within 14 days upon receiving your products and we will advise next steps.
Refunds will be made to your original mode of payment and to the person who made the original payment. Only refunds will be made on your order of merchandise and this excludes any shipping costs.
Refunds are in the same currency that you used to pay for your order. If your credit card is not in the same currency, the rate at the time of payment may be different from the rate at the time of the refund, due to currency conversion fluctuations.
Please note that we reserve the right to reject any returns and/or request for refund if it does not meet our Exchange/Returns & Refunds policy.
Once the refund is approved, it will be credited back via your original mode of payment within 30 to 45 days. (This timeline may also differ across countries, banks and/or payment providers and will be subject to their internal processing timelines).
